All vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and regularly maintained. Our drivers are highly courteous and professional, ensuring you have a safe and pleasant journey. Rental Information:
• Pick-up available anywhere within New York, New Jersey & Connecticut.
• Booking deposit is only $10 to reserve a vehicle (fully refundable if canceled 30 minutes before driver pickup).
• Weekend, weather, and availability surcharges may apply; our staff will inform you before pickup.
• Prices are per day and do not include driver hours—driver fees are extra.
• Driver fees: $45 for the first hour, $35 for each additional hour.
• Overnight stay charge: $100 extra.
• Fuel, tolls, and parking fees are not included.
• Estimated costs for tolls, fuel, and parking will be collected at pickup and adjusted after the trip.
• Cancellations after car pickup will be subject to cancellation fees up to the full booking fee.
• Any additional charges will be included in the final bill.

1. How do I book a ride?

Simply select your vehicle from the list above, click "Book Now," and complete the payment on our secure Stripe page. You'll receive a confirmation email with all details.

2. Can I cancel my reservation?

Yes, full refund of your $10 booking deposit is allowed if you cancel at least 30 minutes before driver pickup. Cancellations after car pickup will be subject to cancellation fees up to the full booking fee.

3. What does the daily rate include?

The daily rate covers rental of the vehicle and full vehicle & health insurance for all passengers. Driver hours and related fees are not included in the base rate.

4. How are driver hours billed?

Driver fees are $45 for the first hour and $35 for each additional hour. These will be collected at pickup or added to your final bill.

5. Are overnight stays available?

Yes, overnight stays incur an additional $100 fee. Please mention this requirement by contacting us directly.

6. What about fuel, tolls, and parking?

These costs are extra. We'll collect an estimated amount at pickup, and any unused funds will be refunded, or additional costs will be added to your final bill.

7. How do I pay?

We accept all major credit/debit cards via Stripe, as well as cash at pickup. Your deposit is processed through Stripe for security.

8. Is insurance included?

Yes, full vehicle and health insurance for all passengers are included in the daily rate. Please review your confirmation email for policy details.

9. Can I request specific routes or stops?

Absolutely! Let us know your itinerary after booking, and our drivers will follow your schedule, subject to availability and traffic conditions.
